The book "Call of Sedona" is the inspiration for this collaborative healing group. The healing circle members will enjoy energy yoga, relaxation, mindful breathing and meditation. Life Particles as described in the book are the healing energy source. Members will be givers and receivers of group healing energy. The purpose is to develop a healthier mind and body, to experience a brighter spirit and to have fun!

I started this group to help people who are looking for healing and spiritual resources to find events they can enjoy. This meetup was created to spread the Chinese internal Kung fu styles of Xing Yi Quan (Hsing-i Chuan) and Tai Chi Chuan(Taiji Quan).
